Fees Agreement

OSKAT FEES/CHARGES: LANDLORDS

(a) For Letting Only Service; Fees of 7% of annual rent + VAT
(b) For Full Management Service; Marketing/Advert Fee of £350 + VAT and continuous
monthly deduction of Management Commission equivalent to 8 % + VAT of rental received
on monthly basis.
(c) Guaranteed Rent Service; OSKAT will pay monthly and regularly 70% of market price
and reviewable yearly.

OTHERS LIKELY CHARGES

(a) The Letting Fee will be payable for each agreement granted to new tenants and our
Administration Fee of £50.00 will be payable on the occasion of each renewal of an existing
agreement.
(b) Preparation of Inventory
Charges for preparation of an inventory and schedule of condition are £75.00 + VAT per
hour (including office time), with a minimum charge of £50.00. The Agent will be pleased to
provide an estimate for the property upon request.
(c) Sale of Property
In the event of a tenant or prospective tenant introduced by The Agent completing the purchase
of the property at any time, a commission will be payable by The Owner to The Agent equivalent
to one and 1.5% of the selling price

SALES:

Agreed to pay 1.5% + VAT or 3.0% + VAT via multi agency track (minimum of £2500.00) of
agreed Sold valve for this service to Oskat Properties for the duration of the service and upon
finding a buyer and exchange of contract for sale/purchase :

TENANTS:

Non Refundable Registration fees to cover credit check and reference check = 1wk/pcm worth of
Rent.
